Notes: Haruka is a withdrawn sort, so he's not likely to initiate any of these with anyone. Not even friendship, even if he's well-mannered and won't likely turn anyone down in that regard if they're kind and not too obnoxious (he can still befriend obnoxious types but it'll take more time). Though I certainly have interest in not-entirely-positive CR too, as he can get grudge-y and it can be fun!
