He's stoic, sharp-eyed, and distant from most around him at first. In reality, he's a quiet and eccentric man who eschews logic and has deep feelings for water, but deeper feelings for those he loves. Abilities & Permissions Abilities Aside from being a powerful swimmer, Haruka is generally athletic, as well as being skilled in the arts.
